30-Day Quality Guarantee
We accept free returns within 30 days only for items with quality issues, such as:
- Damaged product upon arrival
- Broken jar/container
- Gel not sealing properly or can’t be opened
If this happens, simply email us at service@fruitydays.com with clear photos, and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Please note for scents & personal preferences
Because our gel air fresheners are consumable products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for:
- Scent not as expected
- Scent is different from personal preference after use
- “Change of mind” after opening
We recommend checking the full fragrance notes in the product description before ordering — think of it as choosing your favorite fruit at the market! 🍓🍍
Return Shipping
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
