While we hope you’ll love your new scent, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


30-Day Quality Guarantee

We accept free returns within 30 days only for items with quality issues, such as:

  • Damaged product upon arrival
  • Broken jar/container
  • Gel not sealing properly or can’t be opened

If this happens, simply email us at service@fruitydays.com with clear photos, and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.


Please note for scents & personal preferences

Because our gel air fresheners are consumable products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for:

  • Scent not as expected
  • Scent is different from personal preference after use
  • “Change of mind” after opening

We recommend checking the full fragrance notes in the product description before ordering — think of it as choosing your favorite fruit at the market! 🍓🍍


Return Shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
